Partitioning Solutions

We have a wide range of partitioning options to offer the best partitioning for your business, from modern glass partitioning to more privet partitioning suitable for any business.

Monobloc Executive

Monobloc partitioning is a modular, panel based system, with no obtrusive vertical cover strips, resulting in a smooth wall look of solid permanence, rather than the flimsy, temporary appearance often associated with demountable partitioning.

Solid panels are constructed from high density particle board, with an insulated tubular core and are delivered to site pre-decorated in any one of sixty durable, washable pure PVC vinyls from our standard range, all of which are the same cost. Other vinyl ranges are also available and can be priced on request.

Panels interlock with a hidden fixing detail to form a pencil line bevel joint, where two modules meet. Throughout the panel construction are vertical service ducts to allow all services to be completely concealed within the partitions. This construction gives panels FR30 fire rating, excellent acoustic reduction properties and the facility for surface load bearing with standard fixings up to 250 KGs on any one module.

All frames and trims to this system are aluminium, powder coated to any BS or RAL colour, or solid lacquered hardwood, with any configuration of full or half height, single or double glazing with integral blinds.

F30 fire rating can be achieved simply with the addition of standard lining components.

Monobloc partitioning offer many advantages over plasterboard based systems: increased strength and durability (due to its construction the mounting of shelves and services is simple and safe); pure vinyl coverings which far outlive their paper or fabric backed equivalents; the service duct arrangement allows cable management during or even after installation; linear metreage floor loading values are less than traditional construction methods, even whilst achieving F30 fire rating and excellent acoustic reduction; the system can span a 3m floor to ceiling or soffit height in one lift, providing a natural fire break above the ceiling if required, and all whilst defining the style and elegance of an ultimately marketable system. Installation times of this system and the ability to dismantle and re-erect the partitioning re-utilising all components, however, make it an extremely cost effective and competitive system for the modern interior environment.
